Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers by creating a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and resolving client needs quickly.
  • •Maintain daily client relationships and support store action plans by analyzing reports with leadership.
  • •Provide effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives throughout the store.
  • •Assist with store operations including shipment processing, visual merchandising, replenishment, and executing front/back procedures per policy.
