Protection & Resilience Officer (m/f/d)

Design, implement, and continuously improve the local business unit’s resilience and safety framework, covering preparedness, response, and recovery from disruptive events. Lead business continuity management (impact analyses, planning, testing, governance) and maintain crisis management and emergency response frameworks. Coordinate global incident management, support protective security measures, and oversee outsourcing governance and third-party risk across the full lifecycle, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
