Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic thinking to support business prioritization and funding decisions for AI initiatives.
  • •Develop robust forecasts and executable budgets in collaboration with business partners.
  • •Analyze financial results and key cost drivers to identify issues, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • •Build and coordinate financial analytics and processes, including model/analytics creation, consolidation of results, and roadmap planning.
  • •Attract, manage, coach, and develop direct reports; communicate executive-ready presentations to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,300 - 213,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or another quantitative discipline (or military experience).
  • •At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination.
  • •At least 4 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Strong ability to analyze and explain key cost drivers and communicate executive-ready insights.
