•Drive multi-channel growth by owning all channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) and optimizing budget allocation and performance
•Pioneer new marketing projects from inception to completion, turning opportunities into scalable, high-impact channels
•Collaborate with the CEO, VP of People, and stakeholders to translate marketing efforts into clear business outcomes
