Job Summary

Own end-to-end FX risk management for global payment businesses, spanning solution design, quotation/pricing, exposure identification and monitoring, and trading/hedging execution to drive P/L outcomes. Partner with external banks and liquidity partners to optimize execution and trading cost, while translating business scenarios into scalable FX platform capabilities such as quotation engines, dashboards, workflows, risk controls, and automation. Establish policies and post-trade review mechanisms across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end FX risk management across solution, quotation, exposure, trading, hedging, and P/L results for payment businesses.
•Build FX solutions that deliver trading, quotation, and risk management measures plus related system development requirements.
•Identify, measure, monitor, and manage FX exposures across payment flows, including mechanisms for exposure aggregation, risk alerts, and hedging decisions.
•Execute and optimize FX trading and hedging strategies with external banks, PSPs, and liquidity partners to reduce trading cost and improve execution quality.
•Partner with product and tech teams to translate FX business requirements into in-house capabilities such as quotation engines, exposure dashboards, trading workflows, risk controls, and automation tools.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in FX, treasury, payments, fintech, banking, or related financial services roles.
•Hands-on FX lifecycle management across areas such as FX solutions, quotation/pricing, exposure management, trading execution, hedging, liquidity management, P/L review, or counterparty management.
•Strong understanding of FX products and market practices across major currencies, including familiarity with spot, forward, swap, and NDF instruments.
•Experience working with corporate clients, fintech clients, payment companies, e-commerce merchants, or internal stakeholders on FX/treasury needs.
•Ability to translate business scenarios into structured FX solutions, risk management measures, and system requirements (with a relevant bachelor’s degree or above).
