Key Responsibilities

  • •Support HR operations for Mexico and South America, aligning regional execution with global initiatives.
  • •Handle HR administrative support across compensation & benefits, onboarding/offboarding, staff movement, and employee engagement.
  • •Independently process and support end-to-end payroll in Deel for Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru, and Argentina.
  • •Validate payroll inputs/outputs and investigate/escalate discrepancies before payroll approval, coordinating with local teams to resolve issues.
  • •Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS and generate/analyze HR reports on key HR metrics.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or processing payroll, including independently managing payroll activities and investigating payroll discrepancies.
  • •Experience supporting payroll across multiple countries and/or legal entities, ideally within Latin America.
  • •Experience working with a payroll platform/provider and coordinating payroll inputs, outputs, approvals, corrections, and issue resolution.
  • •Strong payroll data and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
