Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, plan, execute, and control aspects of project and service delivery for assigned work.
  • •Service customer sites and deliver reactive and planned maintenance, upgrades, and replacements on live operational systems.
  • •Troubleshoot and provide technical support using BMS/controls expertise with Niagara, and perform diagnostics/fault-finding.
  • •Maintain and develop customer relationships, keep customers fully informed of system enhancements and upgrade paths.
  • •Identify sales and service opportunities and keep technical knowledge current via self-learning on technical products.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree or considerable experience in an Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, and Mechatronic (or similar) engineering field or trade.
  • •Minimum 3 years relevant experience in BMS/HVAC with Niagara systems or Security.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of BMS systems or Security including control theory, plant operation, tuning, and fault-finding/diagnostics.
  • •Electronic security is highly regarded.
  • •Strong customer relation skills and ability to communicate complex issues clearly (written and verbal).
