  • •Define and implement short-, medium-, and long-term operational and service strategies aligned with corporate goals and global standards.
  • •Integrate processes and create synergy across teams to maximize efficiency and quality.
  • •Integrate and optimize MRO, operations, and service areas to ensure on-time, cost-effective, high-quality delivery while managing KPIs and risks.
  • •Ensure high standards of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and technical reliability.
  • •Engage and develop multidisciplinary leaders and teams, and lead organizational change processes with clarity and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed higher education; MBA or postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable.
  • •Proven solid experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the aerospace sector.
  • •Track record managing operations involving military, parapublic, O&G, and/or civil clients.
  • •Ability to influence, negotiate, and represent the company at high institutional levels.
  • •Experience in change management, innovation, and talent development.
