Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites, including inspection of works progress and verification of quality and HSSE policies, procedures, and client requirements by contractors and subcontractors.
  • •Maintain strong familiarity with construction drawings to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Support project managers with managing client relations and expectations, and responding to client clarifications on technical and contractual issues.
  • •Support supervision teams with reviewing contractors’ work program (pre-construction) and contractors’ submittals (e.g., staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, traffic management plans).
  • •Conduct inspections for works progress and quality/non-conformities, coordinate with QA/QC and HSSE engineers, support materials testing supervision, and contribute to hand-over, defects liability, commissioning reports, and take-over/deffect liability certificates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services.
  • •Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • •5+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry with expertise in construction site inspections.
