Key Responsibilities

  • •Build full-stack referral workflow features (creation, approval, tracking, fulfillment) for healthcare providers and payers.
  • •Develop RESTful APIs for referral CRUD, status transitions, and reporting using FastAPI and/or Node.js.
  • •Create React-based dashboards and workflows for referral management.
  • •Integrate with InNote and Gravity APIs, and lead FHIR migration by converting data models to FHIR-compliant schemas (FHIR R4).
  • •Implement multi-tenancy architecture with data isolation, design PostgreSQL/MongoDB schemas for referral entities and audit trails, and deploy/monitor services on Kubernetes using Argo CD.
