Key Responsibilities

•Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites per dispatch instructions while obeying applicable laws.
•Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; monitor gauges and perform operator maintenance and minor field repairs as needed.
•Maintain delivery accuracy by checking delivery tickets, ensuring proper materials are loaded, obtaining required signatures, and ensuring product quality (slump, etc.).
•Routinely handle customer interactions, including collecting money/recording transactions and communicating with dispatch regarding deliveries and service issues.
•Maintain required operator logs and records in accordance with company policy and Department of Transportation regulations, including rinsing drum/chutes and dumping slurry per procedures.

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A or B CDL and a current DOT medical card.
•Safety-minded with good performance and attendance, including willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays.
•Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical examination.
•Demonstrated ability to conform to and maintain OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and company/state rules and regulations.
•Excellent customer service skills.
