Associate Cost Manager

Manage cost and commercial activities for major infrastructure projects, partnering with client and contractor teams to support delivery, KPIs, cost control, and value engineering. Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications. Administer contracts, handle contract changes within governance, drive forecast and budget accuracy improvements, and help negotiate and agree final accounts.
