  • •Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project parties.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives, policies, and governance.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion against budget.
  • •Proactively manage cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely, correct applications.
  • •Manage contract change, support final accounts negotiation, and lead people/commissions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cost/commercial management experience.
  • •Preferably MRICS.
  • •Experience with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C (Target Cost).
  • •Post-contract administration experience.
  • •Experience working on major programmes and infrastructure projects, including leading and managing teams.
