Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets on entry, answer questions, and help locate seats during the event.
•Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable to guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and provide assistance in emergencies.
•Examine tickets/passes to verify authenticity and may verify staff credentials for restricted areas.
•Support accessibility needs, provide directions inside or outside the venue, and participate in recycling/sustainability efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.75 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be 18 years of age or older at the time of employment.
•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to constantly walk and climb stairs, and occasionally sit and lift/carry up to 25 lbs+.
