Lead end-to-end, cross-functional enterprise technology and AI programs that advance enterprise IT strategy. Translate strategic objectives into structured roadmaps, define measurable success metrics, and regularly report status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders. Partner across IT, Finance, Legal, Product, and business teams to drive alignment, resolve dependencies, improve governance and intake processes, and deliver scalable, reliable capabilities in a distributed, async-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end program management for large-scale enterprise technology and AI initiatives, including scope, roadmap, resourcing, and delivery tracking.
•Define and communicate success metrics, reporting program status and risk on a regular cadence and escalating issues with recommended paths forward.
•Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand underlying problems, desired outcomes, and solution trade-offs.
•Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating decisions, resolving dependencies, and maintaining momentum across distributed teams.
•Improve program governance frameworks, intake processes, and ways of working across the CIO organization.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of program management experience delivering large, cross-functional enterprise technology and AI programs.
•Ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems.
•Influence without authority and drive alignment across functions including Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product.
•Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels, shifting between executive communication and hands-on execution.
•Proficiency with program/project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe or similar); PMP or CSM is a plus.
