Job Summary

Support the Procurement and Supplier Quality (SQE) service by qualifying and monitoring suppliers, handling non-conformities, and improving supplier performance. You will analyze supplier qualification requests, follow qualification order processes and quality control of parts at suppliers and on receipt, coordinate corrective actions, and track continuous-improvement plans. You’ll also contribute to strengthening safety culture and structuring HSE tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in supplier qualification by analyzing qualification requests from buyers and assessing suppliers’ ability to meet requirements.
•Track qualification orders (FPQ) and supervise quality control of parts during manufacturing and upon receipt.
•Analyze non-conformities within established timelines and drive their resolution.
•Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to define, deploy, and follow corrective actions until resolved.
•Analyze and evaluate supplier performance, then implement and track continuous-improvement action plans.

Key Requirements

•Be a student in an engineering school or master’s program, specializing in mechanics and/or quality, or preparing for an engineering diploma or master’s in these areas.
•Be able to read and interpret technical drawings/plans.
•Be autonomous and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
•Demonstrate initiative and strong analytical skills, including the ability to propose innovative solutions.
•Be mobile for occasional travel within France and neighboring countries.
