Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit Management: Plan and conduct procurement compliance audits, identify gaps and risks, prepare detailed audit reports, and present findings with actionable recommendations; monitor implementation of corrective actions.
  • •Compliance Monitoring: Ensure procurement activities comply with local regulations and policies; support development and maintenance of procurement compliance frameworks; liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.
  • •Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with procurement, finance, legal, and other teams to align on compliance requirements; provide guidance on audit expectations.
  • •Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and procurement compliance programs; contribute to policy updates and training initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement compliance, internal audit, or related functions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related discipline; advanced degrees or professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CRCM) preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian procurement regulations and compliance standards.
  • •Proven experience conducting procurement or operational audits within complex organizations.
  • •Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
