Job Summary

Drive peer advocacy and community engagement to help embed new digital platforms into how employees work. Own a multi-channel community strategy, build and mentor an advocate network, and run beta/early-access programs from recruitment through launch. Create and publish engaging content, moderate internal communities, and test new participation formats. Measure activation, retention, and DAU/MAU to demonstrate business impact and continuously evolve the community experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and evolve a multi-channel community strategy aligned to adoption, engagement, and employee experience goals, including owning the community technology stack (e.g., Teams, Viva Engage).
•Build, grow, and mentor a network of advocates, champions, and constructive skeptics to support localized adoption efforts.
•Manage beta and early-access communities from cohort recruitment through product launch, capturing structured feedback and transitioning participants into champions.
•Create and publish community content (posts, polls, prompts, announcements, and light visuals/video) to drive UGC and peer-to-peer learning.
•Moderate internal communities and test new engagement formats (competitions, gamification, debates, community challenges), while tracking and reporting community metrics to show impact.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sociology, Marketing, or a related field.
•5–8+ years of experience in community management, developer advocacy, brand ambassador management, or internal social community building.
•Ability to identify, recruit, and motivate advocates/champions, including designing tiered or “super-user” programs.
•Hands-on experience writing, designing, and publishing community content on a regular cadence.
•Experience running early-access/beta/pilot programs with waitlists and structured feedback capture.
