Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project costs: consolidate budgets, analyze variances, track spend, and keep backlogs up to date with responsible stakeholders and Program Managers.
  • •Structure and plan activities, milestones, and resources in the workload plan; create baselines with Primavera and develop WBS/OBS and lot sheets.
  • •Run schedule control and follow-up using tools (MSP, PERT, critical path) to ensure accurate tracking.
  • •Lead control and reporting: detect variances, prevent cost/schedule drift, analyze root causes, and propose solutions; prepare internal and external management reviews and dashboards.
  • •Manage risks/opportunities (update R&O register in GIRO) and follow up subcontractors/partners (purchases, invoices, stocks).

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or Bac+5, with initial experience in project management.
  • •Willingness to broaden skills in a demanding technical domain.
  • •Knowledge of project management tools such as MSP, Primavera, and GIRO.
  • •Comfort with numbers and project control/data analysis.
  • •Curiosity, rigor, proactivity, and strong teamwork and information-sharing habits.
