Job Summary

Coordinate and supervise service operators and assistants at well-site operations, directing rig-up and rig-down activities, planning job requirements, and ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and performance feedback; analyze procedures and data as needed; ensure equipment readiness and efficient job execution; and promote HSE standards while coordinating with crews for seamless transitions between jobs.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and coordinate the activities of Service Operators and Operator Assistants during equipment rig-up and rig-down, ensuring safe and efficient worksite operations and strong customer relations.
•Plan and perform necessary calculations for total job scope at the well site and provide clear instructions and dispute resolution guidance to crew members.
•Oversee preparation of equipment for each job and ensure proper planning, safety, and quality control; contribute to data collection and distribution on jobs as needed.
•Provide input on individual performance and on-the-job skill development for subordinates to improve overall job performance and efficiency.
•Promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards while supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field supervision or operator roles within the energy services industry.
•Strong leadership and negotiating skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
•Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both verbally and in writing.
•Basic computer skills and the ability to understand Well Bore schematics and operational procedures.
•Valid licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required; willingness to obtain/maintain necessary certifications as needed.
