Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of quality experience in food or CPG, preferably with plant quality experience in one or more food factories.
  • •Familiarity with regulatory compliance (USDA, FDA, or CFIA).
  • •Preferred experience with commercialization, sanitation, and food safety/microbiology.
  • •Understanding of procurement processes and fundamental statistics (DMAIC, DFSS, Lean, metrology, MSA, sampling procedures).
  • •Preferred certifications including PCQI and Better Process Control School, plus experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
