DDP Customer Engineer I

Serve as the direct liaison with customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading semiconductor and display equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure smooth operations while collaborating with senior field service engineers and supporting additional assigned duties.
