Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead GTM finance support, including annual planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling with stakeholder partnership.
  • •Own P&L process and analysis for GTM functions, including resource allocation and operating expense planning.
  • •Drive coordinated headcount and resource planning to align investments with growth targets and priorities.
  • •Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership; partner on commission analysis, accruals, and payout reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or Revenue Operations, ideally in high-growth SaaS.
  • •Proven senior finance experience with leadership and mentoring skills.
  • •Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel functions.
  • •Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
