Key Responsibilities

  • •Own lifecycle strategy and roadmap end to end, including audience framework, lifecycle moments, journey architecture, and channel strategy.
  • •Design, write, build, QA, launch, and optimize priority campaigns and automated journeys in Braze across lifecycle touchpoints.
  • •Lead the lifecycle marketing technology agenda by assessing the current stack, defining the Braze roadmap, improving configuration, and managing integrations and vendor relationships.
  • •Ensure audience and data quality by partnering with Data Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, Product, Trust & Safety, and Policy on source-of-truth attributes and suppression logic.
  • •Establish the measurement and experimentation system (KPIs, dashboards, tests) and drive cross-functional delivery with clear decision rights and launch standards.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience owning lifecycle, CRM, retention, growth, or related programs at meaningful scale.
  • •Have built end-to-end lifecycle strategy, operating rhythms, journey architecture, measurement, and technical foundations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Be a strong Braze power user, with experience designing, writing, building, QA’ing, launching, and optimizing lifecycle journeys and personalization.
  • •Demonstrate technical fluency partnering with Engineering and Data on event taxonomies, identity/profile architecture, integrations, APIs, and data pipelines; SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • •Experience defining KPIs, running disciplined experimentation, synthesizing results, and turning learnings into program improvements.
