Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and review the allocated corporate banking portfolio and recommend credit facilities aligned with relationship strategy, risk appetite, and earnings objectives.
  • •Identify new prospects and target market segments to pursue growth opportunities, including syndication and structured financing transactions.
  • •Explore vertical and horizontal relationships across client group/owner affiliations and cross-sell products and services from other business divisions.
  • •Conduct external and internal control follow-ups, including periodic client calls, credit review follow-ups, documentation processes, credit approvals, and resolution of operational issues.
  • •Prepare and structure term sheets, pre-screen memos, financial models, risk rating modules, and economic profitability reports, and gather information for new credit proposals.
