Job Summary

Analyze and support the design of maintenance concepts and spare part configurations for Airbus Helicopters fleets (H145, H135, BO105). Create and maintain illustrated parts catalog data (IPC), including spare part kits/configurations and CSN illustrations. Manage spare part and availability master data in SAP, coordinate and release Material-Evolution-Table (MET), and prepare/validate technical documentation in line with international standards to enable safe, efficient aircraft maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and support maintenance concept design and spare configuration selection to meet customer expectations.
•Independently analyze change proposals, estimate effort, and define deliverables.
•Extract spare part data from technical documents (bills of material, drawings, manufacturer documents) to define spare configurations/kits and maintain catalog data with illustrations (CSN).
•Manage spare part and part-availability data in SAP master data and define, coordinate, and release the Material-Evolution-Table (MET).
•Prepare, write, and validate technical documentation in accordance with international standards for safe and efficient maintenance and aircraft operation.

Key Requirements

•University degree in a technical domain related to maintainability of mechanical or electrical systems (or a Techniker profile with relevant experience).
•Experience creating illustrated parts catalogs (IPC) for helicopters; knowledge of S1000D is a plus.
•Experience with configuration management and IT skills.
•General knowledge of helicopters and associated systems.
•Fluent English.
