Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the monthly accounting close, preparing journal entries for accruals, prepaids, and other general ledger accounts and ensuring entries are posted on schedule.
  • •Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations monthly and resolve reconciling items timely.
  • •Maintain SOX 404 internal controls documentation by preparing and updating process narratives, risk control matrices, and supporting documentation.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve close efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen controls in collaboration with Accounting and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams on accrual estimates, prepaid amortization schedules, and support quarterly reviews and annual audit work papers and schedules.

Salary: USD 86,000 - 142,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of progressive accounting experience covering general ledger accounting, month-end close, and accounts payable.
  • •Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • •Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including accrual accounting and prepaid expense treatment.
  • •Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment, including ownership of controls documentation and testing.
  • •Proficiency with enterprise financial systems (NetSuite a plus) and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Index/Match, pivot tables).
