Job Summary

Join a retail financial center as a Personal Banker Associate I. After a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and sales/service, you’ll earn certification and use a consultative sales process to assess customer needs, cross-sell products, and schedule periodic financial reviews. You’ll also process teller transactions, support platform staff, coordinate referrals with business partners, and help drive customer experience and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a consultative sales process and use Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and perform outside sales activities, including onsite presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff, including participation in loan and bankcard processing and financial center opening/closing activities.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities for acquiring new customers and cross-selling to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS (MU4R questions/registration required).
