Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for each day’s visits by ensuring proper supplies and PPE before caring for patients at home.
  • •Use modern technology to access the schedule and commute to patient homes for appointments.
  • •Build warm, patient-centered relationships while collecting relevant information and performing preventative care and diagnostic services.
  • •Provide services such as phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic retina/foot screenings, and ECGs in a comfortable, low-acuity manner.
  • •Ensure collected samples are properly labeled and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and ability to perform phlebotomy/specimen collection and related diagnostic services in a patient’s home.
  • •Technologically savvy with comfort using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Valid clinical license/required state licensure and/or proof of training, plus National certification where state licensure is not required.
  • •Basic Life Support certification and a valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance.
  • •Pass national background check and DMV check; be able to physically access homes (including stairs) and carry up to 20 pounds.
