Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment, including electromechanical troubleshooting, testing, diagnosis, and resolution.
  • •Repair and calibrate equipment by cleaning rollers/sensors, adjusting temperature and hardware positioning, and evaluating/replacing parts for wear or misalignment (e.g., motors, spindles, bearings).
  • •Use repair/service manuals and test equipment (e.g., voltmeter) to troubleshoot card printer systems, including software adjustments for temperature and positioning as needed.
  • •Maintain service accuracy by managing inventory levels via the ERP platform and following service activity reporting and call management processes.
  • •Accept and respond to service calls via a dispatch system, drive to customer sites daily as applicable, and interact with customer operations staff to resolve issues independently.
