•Work with the Manager of Technology to gather requirements, plan, and implement technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, Creative Services, and station partners.
•Administer media production applications, systems, and infrastructure to ensure reliability of technology and operations.
•Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.
•Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication.
•Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex engineering projects, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and aligned with business objectives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 1 year of project management experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, radio/television/film, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
•Expertise in planning, implementation, and support of media technology including SDI, NDI, and ST-2110 video infrastructures, live production systems, and transmission systems.
•Expertise in core IT fundamentals including administration of physical/virtualized/cloud compute & storage, networking, and domain & identity management.
