Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields; relevant construction field experience may substitute.
  • •5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven record of delivering results; prior management/team leadership preferred.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and physical ability to travel at least 50% of the month within the territory.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • •Experience with SalesForce, PowerBI, Showpad Coach, or other CRM/sales optimization systems preferred; must pass MVR & Drug Test.
