Job Summary

Lead a Commercial Construction Field Sales market in the Atlanta area, reporting to a Regional Market Manager. Support national and regional sales strategy to hit top-line targets, build relationships with end-user partners, and drive end-user development. Coach and mentor a team of Trade Specialists to achieve KPIs through monthly “work withs” and product/sales training. Serve as local product line expert and liaison across internal stakeholders while maintaining daily updates.

•Facilitate product demonstrations, product applications, and sales-process training with the Regional Field Trainer to ensure skills readiness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields; relevant construction field experience may substitute.
•5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven record of delivering results; prior management/team leadership preferred.
•Valid Driver’s License and physical ability to travel at least 50% of the month within the territory.
•Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
•Experience with SalesForce, PowerBI, Showpad Coach, or other CRM/sales optimization systems preferred; must pass MVR & Drug Test.
