Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in QA activities across the squad workflow, including requirements analysis, test design, automation, manual testing, and supporting the release process.
  • •Test new features end-to-end with exploratory testing and report defects with clear documentation and reproducible steps.
  • •Develop end-to-end functional and non-functional test suites using Ruby, and perform manual testing for new features prior to automation.
  • •Maintain, optimize, and refactor automated tests to ensure stability, reliability, and performance.
  • •Collaborate with software/test engineers and product managers, triage defects (including production issues), and maintain traceability through quality reports and test documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MXN 637,300 - 796,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manual and automated QA roles.
  • •Proficiency in OOP using Python or JavaScript, with Ruby experience a strong plus.
  • •Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practical application.
  • •Experience designing scalable, maintainable test cases and automation frameworks.
  • •Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and basic SQL.
