Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker Dandridge

Provide in-person and phone client service while building and expanding relationships through consultative conversations and referrals. Support retail community bank sales targets by offering deposit, credit, and other product and service lines, including advising on consumer lending options and taking loan applications. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, participate in leadership routines, and stay current on product knowledge, policies, and risk management to ensure a consistent client experience.
