Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first contact to customers on safety, compliance, and regulatory matters, maintaining relationships with relevant customer committees.
  • •Demonstrate compliance of ASML systems to customers and arrange product approval/certification in their country, including local inspections.
  • •Monitor and interpret new and upcoming regulations, standards, and regulatory trends with support from the Veldhoven team.
  • •Translate and interpret legislation, regulations, and standards into technical requirements to support central regulatory and compliance efforts.
  • •Align with the global Regulatory Intelligence team and Business on lobby and standardization strategy in cooperation with customers.

Key Requirements

  • •A technical master’s degree (e.g., Physics, Electronics engineering).
  • •At least 10 years of experience with standardization and conformity assessment.
  • •Ability to translate technical challenges into regulatory aspects.
  • •Excellent relationship building, influencing, and negotiating abilities.
  • •Confidence and communication skills to operate at all levels internally and externally.
