Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and assist in setting the strategy for execution of commissioning activities and draft the project commissioning execution plan.
  • •Manage commissioning and start-up preparation home office activities, coordinating with all project disciplines as needed.
  • •Create and maintain commissioning detailed schedules, KPIs, and equipment/tools lists; anticipate constraints and resource needs.
  • •Ensure issuance of commissioning deliverables in required quality and timeline, including development of procedures for systematic commissioning and start-up of plant.
  • •Lead internal coordination and oversee vendor/subcontractor activities; conduct reviews (HSE, P&ID, HAZOP/HAZID) and manage handover to client in line with schedules and requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience within the oil and gas industry.
  • •At least 5 years in leading commissioning works.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the contract scope of work and familiarity with client requirements and specifications.
  • •Ability to lead safe execution of pre-commissioning/commissioning activities in line with the schedule.
