Lead day-to-day store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help drive sales results by tracking KPIs and achieving goals. Ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, visual standards, and inventory/shipping processes. Partner with Store Manager leadership to maximize profitability, maintain safety and company policies, and foster an inclusive store culture.
