Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the central point of contact for all ICS matters within the UK entity, coordinating stakeholders across management, assessors, reviewers, auditors, Corporate ICS, and IT ICS Multipliers.
  • •Plan, maintain, and monitor the end-to-end ICS cycle in line with the mandatory ICS Campaign Calendar, translating group timelines into local action plans.
  • •Perform and oversee entity-level risk assessments, scoping exercises, formal coverage testing, and documentation using group alignment templates.
  • •Define, coordinate, and monitor effectiveness testing (test plans and sample sizes) and ensure Initial, Final, and Year-End self-assessments are completed with ratings and supporting evidence in ICoM.
  • •Conduct control framework assessments (CFA), coordinate remediation with tracking and approvals, and run systematic quality audits for regulatory compliance while liaising with internal and external auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in internal controls (ICS), internal audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
  • •Proven experience in financial services (automotive captive finance or asset finance preferred).
  • •Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, business process mapping, and financial process control frameworks.
  • •Familiarity with UK financial regulations and guidelines.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to advise assessors/reviewers and present complex risk topics to senior leadership.
