Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of engineering management experience managing engineers and growing people across software engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or security.
  • •Deep hands-on credibility in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering to review designs and spot mismatches in estimates.
  • •Experience hiring and developing talent, including repeatable, fair interview and calibration practices.
  • •Ability to turn a loosely defined, high-stakes mandate into sequenced, measurable delivery under ambiguity.
  • •Working understanding of cloud-native architecture, container orchestration (Kubernetes), identity and access, policy enforcement, and vulnerability management.
