Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations to ensure reliable product flow within Kazakhstan and export markets.
  • •Drive inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation processes (cycle counts, stock taking).
  • •Ensure confirmed OTIF targets by aligning execution with Sales, Customer Service, and external partners (3PL and transport companies).
  • •Manage logistics service providers (LSPs) for best-in-class service, cost control, and operational reliability with minimal losses.
  • •Optimize warehouse and transportation performance by improving KPIs, reducing write-offs/damages via root-cause analysis, and supporting implementation of logistics tools/SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in warehouse management, transportation, or logistics operations.
  • •Strong expertise in inventory management and stock control processes.
  • •Proven track record delivering OTIF and cost optimization/productivity improvements.
  • •Experience with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP or others).
  • •University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+).
