Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide perforating and plug setting job design, job preparation, well support, job execution, and post job analysis to NWA/Country customers.
  • •Complete pre-planning, job execution, post job analysis, and overall performance of company assets on location.
  • •Ensure equipment maintenance is recorded and complete all well site and post-job paperwork.
  • •Develop technical customer relationships and maintain accountability for onsite customer satisfaction.
  • •Lead crews for complex services and promote process improvements within the assigned Country/NWA while providing guidance to junior specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete required internal training and competencies, plus 2 years of cased hole field operations experience including perforating and plug setting.
