Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end client engagements, from scoping and design to delivery, acting as a strategic advisor to senior client executives.
  • •Manage large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams and ensure quality, risk management, and overall program success.
  • •Drive Data & AI business development for the region, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and client relationship expansion.
  • •Define and evolve end-to-end data and AI architectures and solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
  • •Lead delivery initiatives and foster innovation in data/AI offerings and accelerators for the practice.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or Data & AI roles
  • •Minimum of 5 years of people and client management experience
  • •Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks)
  • •Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including MLOps and Generative AI
  • •Proven experience in consulting services or a professional services environment
