Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing heavy equipment.
  • •Use technology (laptops/tablets) to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track service intervals.
  • •Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •High School diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • •Able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements; offer contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen.
