Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee launch broadcasts from Hawthorne and related livestreams, coordinating production with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • •Act as producer and show caller for broadcasts, serving as the central point of communication for talent and crew.
  • •Develop and implement content strategies aligned with company goals across live events, broadcasts, social media, and digital channels.
  • •Support documentary and long-format filming requests including approvals, scheduling, interview prep, physical production, asset management, and management of third-party film crews.
  • •Set and own complex project timelines and budgets; create/review RFPs, treatments, schedules, distribution plans, and manage SOWs and vendor relationships.
