Key Responsibilities

  • •Support key customer and OEM engagements for current and next generation AI networking and networking infrastructure products.
  • •Collaborate across Engineering and Marketing to resolve critical escalations.
  • •Escalate and troubleshoot complex issues spanning hardware, firmware, drivers, and software across AI infrastructure stacks.
  • •Develop and deliver systems/product training and contribute to knowledge base content for customer support and internal partners.
  • •Participate in on-call rotation and integrate AI-assisted workflows (e.g., LLM-based diagnostics, predictive failure analysis, agentic automation) into support operations and tooling; mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 4,158,000 - 5,940,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong fundamentals in datacenter networking, routing & switching, including load balancing (ECMP), underlay/overlay technologies, and network observability.
  • •Strong fundamentals in the AI infrastructure stack, including RDMA/RoCE, NCCL/RCCL collective communication libraries, and distributed training/inference frameworks.
  • •Understanding of AI cluster networking topologies (rail-optimized and fat-tree designs) for GPU-to-GPU communication.
  • •Solid scripting/automation skills in Python, Go, or Shell.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional troubleshooting for critical, multi-team escalations with hyperscalers, enterprise, and OEM customers.
