Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the consolidated corporate model and monthly reporting cadence, including close actuals, budget-vs-actual, and rolling reforecast, connecting performance to revenue, headcount, and spend drivers.
  • •Maintain and evolve the planning system, primarily Pigment, including corporate model structure, monthly data loads, scenario snapshots, and reconciliations across P&L, headcount, and departmental views.
  • •Assist in preparing and delivering presentations communicating financial performance and outlook to executives, the Board of Directors, and investors.
  • •Improve the quality and scalability of reporting infrastructure by using AI, automation, and stronger data workflows to reduce manual work and surface insights faster.
  • •Work cross-functionally across Accounting, BizTech, People, and Business Partnership (BP) Finance to keep source data, mappings, and the chart of accounts aligned and tighten handoffs between close and forecast.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big 4, or corporate FP&A / Strategic Finance in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • •Ability to build and own rigorous financial models, ideally a three-statement or consolidated operating model for a recurring-revenue/SaaS business.
  • •Hands-on experience with an enterprise planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or Vena) or a track record of quickly becoming fluent in new systems.
  • •Strong analytical judgment to translate detailed data into a clear point of view on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial audiences.
