Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver strategic support for performance and reward activities, including variable pay pool modeling, fixed pay ranges, market benchmarking, and annual pay review analytics.
  • •Prepare and complete dashboards and reports for compensation teams by consolidating compensation data using HSBC systems.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and present reporting that drives business insights and decision-making.
  • •Extract reports from multiple sources and convert raw data into actionable recommendations, maintaining high data integrity and accuracy.
  • •Maintain databases and improve/automate standard reports while taking ownership of assigned work and operating with minimal guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, economics, or mathematics.
  • •At least four to five years’ experience in data analysis and reporting, including 1–2 years in a compensation environment.
  • •Very high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • •Experience with complex data analysis and analytical tools/methods; statistical methods and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI are an advantage.
  • •Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations; strong analytical thinking and communication under high-volume, high-pressure conditions.
