Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and publish operational rosters to ensure adequate workforce coverage for rail production and project commitments.
  • •Monitor workforce availability, identify resource constraints, escalate critical shortages, and recommend solutions to minimise operational impacts.
  • •Partner with Rail Operations supervisors and superintendents to manage roster changes, workforce requirements, and execution risks.
  • •Coordinate flights, accommodation, and travel requirements for rostered employees and supervisors across multiple locations.
  • •Work with Rail Operations leaders, logistics, and travel teams to deliver safe, reliable rail production outcomes.
