Machine Learning Engineer - Search E-Commerce

Build and improve an e-commerce search engine serving over 1 billion monthly users. Work on query analysis, text relevance matching, and multi-modal video understanding, then design end-to-end ranking systems (recall, first-stage, final-stage, mixed rows). Enhance personalization and conversion efficiency to drive GMV growth, and tackle supply-demand matching and cold-start challenges while deploying models across relevant software platforms.
