Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as trusted advisor to carrier clients and lead efforts to solve problems with distinctive, demonstrable value.
  • •Use analytical insights to simplify complex issues and develop compelling recommendations for client decision-making.
  • •Develop and maintain a multi-disciplinary network across Aon and engage senior-level client collaborators to uncover needs and build strategic relationships.
  • •Monitor industry developments and their impact on Aon and clients.
  • •Lead development of new business opportunities and drive efficient business practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,500 - 5,300 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience.
  • •Proficient in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
  • •Proven relationship management skills and experience building positive internal and external relationships.
  • •Experience in commercial insurance (e.g., broking, underwriting, strategy, or account management).
  • •Strong research, presentation, and influencing skills across all levels.
