Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver complex Finance Transformation projects aligned to strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • •Own workstreams and manage client relationships, guiding junior colleagues and ensuring deliverables, timelines, and day-to-day operations.
  • •Support M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle, including due diligence, integration planning, and process harmonization.
  • •Analyze business needs and design innovative solutions to improve finance processes, operating models, and digital capabilities.
  • •Coach and mentor junior consultants and ensure transparent progress, risks, and dependencies with stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • •6+ years of consulting or project management experience, ideally in Finance Transformation within insurance or financial services.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of AI frameworks and leverage AI tools to consult clients on AI adoption for business transformation.
  • •Experience supporting M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, or post-merger operations.
  • •Proven track record in Finance Transformation programs with deep expertise in Accounting, Controlling, Risk Management, Actuarial, or Finance Operations.
